·      Last day to turn in your resume if you are interested in the Children’s Church Director position (please place in the drop box to the right of the church’s front door).

·      Last day to give to Misha and Roza online or on the app.

Saturday:  

·      Last day to donate to Ready, Set, School!  Contact Illuminate Church for more details.  Drop-off locations are Sheridan YMCA, Bought Beautifully, and the Chamber of Commerce.

This Sunday: 

·      Rock Java opens at 9 am 

·      Services at 10 am & 6 pm (August 9th will be the last evening service).

·      First Sunday of the month so we will be honoring all August birthdays, August wedding anniversaries, and sharing communion together.

·      Pastor Tri preaching from Genesis 50.

Children’s Church Teachers pointing kids to Jesus…child-like faith and eternal address changes!  Please reach out to Libby Huskerson at libby.huskerson@bighornrock.com to sign up for a Sunday or two this summer.

Coming up:

·      Church Campout | Friday August 14th-Monday August 17th.  Check out the brochures in the foyer and food signups on the back tables.  Help us know numbers so we get the right amount of food!

·      Misty Moon Backpacking Trip (with options for surrounding areas including Cloud Peak or Bomber Mountain) | August 17th-19th  This is a co-ed trip!

Now is a great time to be thinking about items for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes (school supplies, summer apparel).  Stock up as things go on sale!

In the community:

·      Chariots of Light, a Christian motorcycle group that focuses on evangelism is having their event August 16th.  See attached.

·      Camp Bethel’s Family Camp is coming up Saturday Sept 5th - Monday Sept 7th.
